COMPUTER SYSTEMS SERVICING NCII
This course is designed to develop and enhance the knowledge, skills, & attitudes of a Computer Systems Service Technician, in accordance with industry standards. It covers the basic and common competencies in addition to the core competencies such as to install and configure computers systems, set-up computer networks and servers and to maintain and repair computer systems and networks. Nominal duration is 280 hours/ 35 days of training.
In order to obtain the National Certificate for this course, you must acquire the certificate of competency(COC) for each of the following; COC 1: Install and configure the computer systems, COC 2: Set up computer network, COC 3: Set up computer server and COC 4: Maintain and repair computer system and network. A trainee who has achieved this qualification is competent to be a Computer assembler, Computer service technician, Network technician and Computer maintenance technician.

Core competencies:
COC I: Install and Configuring Computer System
COC II: Set up computer network
COC III: Set up computer server
COC IV: Maintain and repair computer system worker
